For the past 25 years, I have been rendering the female nude. Currently, I am searching for new ways to explore the figure and trying to push the envelope in terms of seeing or interpreting it in more of an abstract composition. Most of my work is a portrayal of women empowerment or observing a lack thereof. It is the sharing of our strengths and celebrating our ability to embrace the freedom to write our own scripts which inspires me to paint. There are no rules, no hierarchy, no conformities.
